Description
BG16032A is a monochrome 160x32 graphic LCD display module made using Chip on Board (COB) method and comes with metal frame.
It has a built-in controller ST7920 that support (160x32 dots matrix mode, Chinese Big 5 or GB (16x16) dots, ASCII (8x16) dots.
Module dimension of BG16032A is (116x37) mm and viewing area is (85x18.6) mm.
It supports 5V power supply and provides option of 3V power supply as well.
