Description
UG12864B is a monochrome 128x64 graphic LCD display module made using Chip on Board (COB) method and comes with metal frame.
It has a built-in controller ST7920 or equivalent that support (128x64 dots matrix mode or 16x16 dots Big5/GB Chinese mode, or 8x16 dots ASCII mode). BG12864B also provides the option for temperature compensation circuit.
Module dimension of UG12864B is (93x70) mm and viewing area is (72x40) mm.
It supports 5V power supply and provides option of 3V power supply as well.
